Change of Mind
As each item is made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect size or design selections. This policy is in line with the Australian Consumer Law, which does not require businesses to accept returns for change of mind purchases.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit if a fault is confirmed.
To request a return or replacement:
- Complete our Returns Form within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a description of the issue.
- Attach clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will respond within 3 business days with the next steps.
Return Shipping Costs
We are committed to providing our customers with the absolute best products and service. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Print Guarantee.
If your artwork experiences fading, discolouration, or print degradation over time—outside of accidental or physical damage—we’ll happily reprint and replace it at no cost to you.
Simply contact us with your original order details and a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.
This guarantee applies to all posters, art prints, and canvases purchased from Play By Print.
